Devon Head of Retail Greg Smith talks to Tim Dower about the surge in kiwi food prices, which are increasing at the fastest rate in over 30 years. There are some silver linings however, as there is also for the kiwi services sector. Over in the US he looks at the latest results from the financial sector, with some unsurprising changes in behaviour by depositors following last month’s banking crisis as well as on the back of rising interest rates.
