Greg Smith talks to TV1’s Breakfast on the OCR

Devon Head of Retail Greg Smith talked to TV1’s Breakfast, saying why it was likely that the Reserve Bank would increase the official cash rate by 0.5%, and despite the likely economic costs from the cyclone and floods. He also however discussed the other options available to the central bank.
